About Faten Iwais Gazaleh, RYT

Faten first walked into a yoga studio at the age of 17 and she was immediately hooked. Finding “home” on the mat and with her breath. Almost 20 years later, she could not imagine her life without this beautiful practice. After completing the 200 hour RYT training at the Yoga Den, Faten learned that her passion for
yoga went beyond her and she immediately enrolled into the 300 hour teacher training program to further her education so that she can expand her knowledge and help nourish others with the beautiful gift of yoga and mindfulness. Bringing awareness to the mind and body through the breath is the main focus in each of her practices. Faten is licensed and insured and registered with The Yoga Alliance.

Faten designed Corporate Yoga Jax sessions that will benefit you and your staff through stress reduction. Yoga balances all of the systems in the body, toning the nervous system, releasing anxiety and promoting inner harmony.

Faten will guide students through various breathing techniques and teach them to use them in daily situations, along with yoga postures to relieve back discomfort by strengthening and relaxing the muscles. The sessions will develop concentration, focus and mental flexibility. It will strengthen the immune system reducing absenteeism from work. It will also compliment your working community and team building efforts, as well as, provide each staff member a time for personal development.
