NO YOGA EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
• Classes vary from 30 minutes to  1 hour depending on your needs and can take place early morning, during lunch or after work.
• Your company will need to provide a quiet space with as little distraction as possible. A conference/meeting room is often a good location.
